Meet Normarie Ortiz, Patient Concierge/Receptionist at Dr. Phillips Aesthetics in Winter Park, FL

Normarie was born and raised in Puerto Rico and is currently an online student at Full Sail University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Digital Marketing.

Among the various roles she’s held, her favorite was working as a receptionist at a med spa in Puerto Rico. After spending nine months in Texas, she relocated to Florida in November 2023.

Normarie is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally as the new patient concierge at Dr. Phillips Aesthetics. She loves the opportunity to connect with patients and ensure their experience is exceptional.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, visiting gardens or butterfly nurseries, making jewelry, and relaxing through creative outlets like coloring or writing poems and short blogs. Fun fact: she’s an identical twin! And if you prefer to communicate in Spanish—she’s your go-to! Any opportunity to use her native language brings her a sense of home.
